Pizza is well known as fast food and very popular in all parts of the world, you can find it in different places such as restaurants and even home delivery. And in Peru it is very common to find pizzeria in various parts, especially Lima, a few years ago as a result of the boom that I experienced in Peruvian gastronomy, pizzas were created with Peruvian products such as the lomo saltado pizza, also huachana sausage pizza, the ají de gallina pizza among other pizzas that are of Peruvian origin. This time we have the recipe for lomo saltado pizza.✌😙😋

here I show you the recipe:😎😋

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  •  50 grams of margarine
  • ½ kilo of unprepared flour Pasta from two large molds, but not the familiar ones
  •  40 grams of white sugar
  •  1 cup warm water
  • 40 grams of yeast
  •  300 grams of mozzarella cheese grated
  •  7 tablespoons tomato sauce Salt to taste

 Ingredients for the lomo saltado:

  • 350 grams of loin meat
  •  Yellow pepper without seeds and without veins duly cut into lengths
  •  1 onion cut in thick after
  • 1 teaspoon of red wine
  •  1 large tomato cut into long strips
  •  1 teaspoon dried oregano
  •  1 teaspoon minced garlic
  •  1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
  •  2 tablespoon soy sauce (soy sauce)
  • Pinch of cumin and black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of the lomo saltado pizza:

First you must make the mixture well with the flour and with the margarine, sugar, yeast and warm water. And then we knead the mixture until a smooth dough is formed. Then we divide this dough in two and spread it in two pizza molds, and then we take them to the oven once they are almost cooked they are removed, then we spread the 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each of them and it is completely covered. And then the mozzarella cheese is also added on top of the tomato sauce.

 Preparation of the lomo saltado:

 To prepare the sautéed loin, the first thing we need is to heat the oil to brown the meat, we add the meat cut into pieces, seasoning with salt, pepper and cumin, cook the surface of the meat and seal it so that it is very juicy. Then a teaspoon of soy sauce is also added after a minute we remove it, then we reserve the meat in a bowl, immediately in the pan we put the garlic to brown, then the onion and until it is transparent then the chili is also added yellow and sprinkle the vinegar. Sauté only for 1 minute then add the tomato coriander oregano and sauté for 3 minutes. Then we add the meat and a tablespoon of vinegar, mix all the ingredients and rectify the salt and that's it.

Now with the lomo saltado preparation, we cover the surface of the two doughs with the loin, and leave it in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven at 180 ° C. After time we remove it and ready we have our lomo saltado pizza.


My eating habits:😎😋

well, now I'm going to tell you about my eating habits. Normally I don't usually vary my food a lot, but you should prepare something different from the traditional one from time to time:

For breakfast I usually have coffee with milk or oatmeal with milk accompanied by a fried egg with bread. The truth is, I eat a lot and sometimes I add French fries to my traditional breakfast.😉


For lunch I usually eat meals always accompanied by some lentils, especially the ones you lodge. My family does not like to eat a lot of beef. So at lunch we always eat foods that have beef. And well, we always accompany the food with their paisa salad and passion fruit soda.😎


For dinner I usually use a coffee with milk accompanied by bread with ham, cheese or butter. Sometimes I eat a hamburger and that's my dinner. Despite eating a lot, I don't get fat, it's a blessing!😎😅
